Xerox Customer Engagement

Xerox always wants to create customer engagement and memorable customer experiences−again and again and again.

Xerox recently partnered with software provider Kofax Limited to simplify and transform the First Mile™ of customer engagements. Under the agreement, Xerox will sell, market, deploy, and support Kofax TotalAgility® to help organizations extend the value of Xerox’s managed print and document management services and products. Kofax’s sales and services staff will support Xerox in this endeavor.

Tom Love, Offering Manager, Intelligent Capture, Workflow Automation, Xerox explained to Loyalty360 that the company completed a comprehensive review of the Intelligent Capture marketplace and the offerings of several vendors.

“We determined that Kofax’s TotalAgility best met our needs,” Love told Loyalty360. “It combined several important industry-leading solutions: Multichannel capture, mobile, e-signature, external data integration–all woven into a web-based business process automation platform. This platform will enable Xerox to create standard offerings, respond to tailored solution/service needs, and do so in both cloud-based and on premise scenarios as our customers’ needs require.”

Love noted some of the specific elements of the partnership with Kofax:

  • Product portfolio breadth and maturity
  • The TotalAgility framework as a unifying and enabling platform for solution delivery
  • Substantial global reach, particularly as regards localization and support

Kofax TotalAgility combines capture, process management, data integration, mobility, analytics and e-signature capabilities in a unified platform. TotalAgility provides an essential link between an organization’s systems of engagement and systems of record, helping increase responsiveness to customers, improve service levels and greatly reduce operating costs.

“Our relationship with Kofax is part of a larger and ongoing initiative to ensure that we are able to guide our customers in their efforts to digitally transform document-centric business processes,” Love said. “Through our partnerships and the technologies they bring, combined with our products and services, and the diligence of our global delivery teams, we aim to significantly enhance how we engage with customers and increase the breadth and value of what we do for them.”
