DISH Network Corp. subsidiary Blockbuster announced its acquisition of Alpha Bay Corp., a retail software provider. Alpha Bay makes cloud-based software for mobile point-of-sale (POS), inventory management, customer loyalty and business intelligence, offering retailers "real-time decision support," Blockbuster said.
