The New York Islanders, in collaboration with Affina, the parent company of CrowdPlay, have introduced Isles Rewards, a cutting-edge loyalty program for recognizing and rewarding fans for their continuous support and enthusiasm. Initially available to Islanders Season Ticket Members, the platform will eventually be rolled out to the broader fan community.

Through Isles Rewards, members can accumulate points by attending games, interacting with team content, completing special challenges, and more. These points can then be redeemed through the Islanders and UBS Arena mobile app for unique prizes such as official merchandise, VIP experiences, and autographed memorabilia.

The program integrates across the team’s digital ecosystem, linking ticketing, concessions, partner activations, and mobile engagement, to create a smooth, connected fan journey. Islanders executives emphasized that this innovation strengthens the bond with Season Ticket Members, the “core of Isles Nation,” by providing an easy and rewarding way to stay connected year-round.

Affina CEO Andrew Pizzi said, “The Islanders have one of the most loyal fanbases in sports. This launch sets the foundation for a long-term engagement ecosystem, one that delivers daily value to fans while opening new doors for team partners and sponsors. We’re thrilled to help bring this vision to life.”

New York Islanders SVP of Ticket Sales and Service Kirk King added, “Season Ticket Members are the core of Isles Nation, and we’re proud to bring them into this new loyalty experience first. With CrowdPlay driving the technology and supporting the rollout through their managed service model, we’re able to seamlessly launch a loyalty program that helps us focus on creating deeper connections with our passionate fans.”

The Islanders join a growing group of professional teams leveraging CrowdPlay technology to make loyalty and personalization central to their fan strategy.
