SALT LAKE CITY—Delta Air Lines is helping to make miracles happen for Children’s     Miracle Network Hospitals® during the month of June. Delta     has launched several promotions to assist in the charity’s 100     Million Miracles initiative, which is Children’s Miracle Network     Hospitals’ campaign to raise $100 million through the power of social     media.

As the corporate launch partner of the 100 Million Miracles initiative, Delta Air Lines will communicate the program to its SkyMiles     members through email and social media channels. Delta Air Lines’      promotions include giving 1,000 SkyMiles to everyone who donates $50 or     more up to 5 million miles. The airline will also offer a weekly     sweepstakes for anyone to enter for a $10 fee with one winner per week     receiving 50,000 miles. Additionally, Delta will donate 10 percent of     Delta Sky Club memberships purchased during June to Children’s Miracle     Network Hospitals, with the purchaser receiving a free month of     membership. “As the largest children’s hospital charity treating one in nine kids in     North America, we have the privilege of helping to save the lives of     millions of children,” said John Lauck, president and CEO of Children’s     Miracle Network Hospitals. “Through the gracious support of Delta Air     Lines, we hope to broadly share this cause through social media to     create more miracles in our local communities.”

All fundraising dollars will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network     Hospitals through the 100 Million Miracles initiative.      Additionally, Delta Air Lines will feature 100 Million Miracles by     showing an in-flight public service announcement and offering www.100millionmiracles.com as a free in-flight site, with no Wi-Fi purchase necessary.

“Delta Air Lines is proud to donate up to 5 million miles to the 100     Million Miracles campaign,” said Greg Kennedy, vice president of     Airport Customer Service and Delta’s executive sponsor of Children’s     Miracle Network Hospitals. “We are committed to supporting Children’s     Miracle Network Hospitals through this innovative and exciting new     initiative.”

About Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® raises funds for 170 children’s     hospitals across North America, which, in turn, use the money where it’s     needed the most. When a donation is given it stays in the community,      ensuring that every dollar is helping local kids. Since 1983, Children’s     Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $4 billion, most of it $1     at a time. These donations have gone to support research and training,      purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of     our mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as     possible.
