Chase and United Airlines recently unveiled enhanced benefits for their United MileagePlus credit cards, aiming to provide card members with increased value and a more rewarding travel experience. These enhancements apply to both new and existing cardholders and are tailored to accommodate various travel preferences. The updated benefits offer an estimated annual value ranging from $800 for the United ℠ Explorer Card to $2,000 for the United Club ℠ Cards.
The United ℠ Explorer Card, with a $150 annual fee, now includes up to $60 in Rideshare credits per year, a 10,000-mile award flight discount, $100 in United Travel Credits, up to $100 in statement credits on United Hotels purchases, and up to $50 in United Travel Credits for Avis or Budget rentals. Additionally, card members can receive a complimentary three-month Instacart+ membership, followed by 25% off the annual membership.
For travelers who want more perks during their journeys, the United Quest ℠ Card, with a $350 annual fee, includes $200 annual United Travel Credits, $100 of Rideshare credits per year, a 10,000-mile award flight discount, and two global Economy Plus Upgrade certificates. This card also provides a complimentary three-month Instacart+ membership with 50% off the annual membership afterwards.
With even more cards available, each one’s reward offerings are designed to enhance member’s travel journeys. To celebrate, the United Family of Cards is offering a welcome bonus of 80,000 to 125,000 miles to new card members, depending on the fee-based card, now through May 7, 2025.
