Jollibee Launches New Mobile App
Jollibee has rolled out a revamped mobile app across North America, designed to make ordering faster and more convenient. The update gives users tools to customize their meals, reorder favorites with ease, track orders in real time, and skip the line for quick pickup.
The app also introduces greater flexibility by supporting Apple Pay and Google Pay, while weaving the Jollibee Rewards program directly into the platform. Members can now view their status, redeem Jolly Points, and even refer friends to earn bonus points, all without leaving the app. A store locator rounds out the update, helping guests quickly find the nearest Jollibee restaurant.
To mark the launch, Jollibee is offering new Rewards members $5 off any order of $10 or more placed through the app during September. Company executives emphasize that the new app is not just about digital convenience but about expanding the joy of the Jollibee experience, ensuring that fans can connect with the brand in ways that go beyond the food itself.

Dunkin’ Makes Changes to Rewards Program
Cardholders of the American Express® Gold Card should note changes coming to Dunkin’ Rewards on October 6, 2025. While Amex Gold users can continue earning up to $84 in annual statement credits ($7 per month) on Dunkin’ purchases, the Rewards program itself will introduce a stricter points expiration policy. This is especially relevant for Gold cardholders who pair their monthly credit with Dunkin’ Rewards to maximize savings.
Currently, Dunkin’ Rewards points expire only if an account has been inactive for six months. Under the new rules, points will expire 12 months after they’re earned, regardless of account activity. For example, points earned in January 2026 will expire at the end of January 2027. Additionally, once points are redeemed for a food or drink reward, members will have just 30 days to use it before it expires.
Not all aspects of the program are changing—earning rates, perks, and Boosted Status remain the same. Dunkin’ also hinted at personalized offers and more redemption options in its refresh, which could help offset the stricter expiration rules.
