Loyalty Cloud – launched just weeks after Womply debuted and began offering its groundbreaking Effortless Offers product – is the simplest loyalty program ever for local merchants. Merchants create offers that reward customers for repeat visits and Womply handles everything else, from marketing and remitting offers to customers, to providing analysis and insight on the amount of revenue generated as a result.

Loyalty Cloud rests on Womply’s high-tech platform that enables the company to spot credit and debit card transactions at participating merchants and to push cash credits to customer payment cards. With Loyalty Cloud, merchants can grow revenues and drive engagement with their customers without interfering with their day-to-day operations. Here’s how it works:
A merchant sets an incentive for its loyal customers (i.e., visit 3 times in a month and receive $25 cash back)
Customers visit the merchant and pay as normal with their credit or debit cards
Womply spots transactions, calculates customer progress toward rewards, pushes credits directly to customer payment cards, and measures performance, to the dollar, for merchants
