White Castle Honors Superfans in 2025 Cravers Hall of Fame Class

White Castle inducted 14 devoted fans into its Cravers Hall of Fame during a ceremony held at its Columbus headquarters, marking the 25th class since the program began in 2001. The honor recognizes individuals who have shown exceptional loyalty and passion for the brand. This year’s inductees joined a select group of 287 other members. The celebration included a two-day, all-expenses-paid experience featuring meals, a behind-the-scenes tour, and a formal reception, where each honoree received a commemorative plaque.

White Castle CMO Jamie Richardson said, “Every year, the Cravers Hall of Fame reminds us that White Castle is about so much more than Sliders. It’s about the memories, traditions, and connections our fans create around them. This year’s inductees represent the very best of that passion, and we’re honored to celebrate the stories that make the Crave truly one of a kind.”

The inductees were chosen from hundreds of submissions, evaluated on creativity, originality, and the depth of their connection to White Castle. Their stories reflected deeply personal ties to the brand—ranging from lifelong traditions and cross-country journeys for Sliders to meaningful family moments and friendships strengthened over shared meals. Many described how White Castle became a milestone in their lives, turning simple dining experiences into lasting memories and emotional connections. From multi-generational family traditions to friendships rekindled over late-night Slider runs, the 2025 class highlights how White Castle’s cultural impact extends beyond food. With nominations already open for the 2026 class, White Castle continues to celebrate the unique stories of its most passionate fans while reinforcing its place as a beloved American brand.

DoorDash Expands Workplace Dining with New Meal and Catering Solutions

DoorDash for Business has introduced new tools designed to simplify how companies provide meals for their teams. The platform now combines its Meal Manager feature for recurring office lunches with tray-style catering for meetings and events, creating a single, streamlined solution for workplace dining. This expansion comes as large group orders continue to grow significantly faster than standard orders, reflecting how employers are increasingly using shared meals to support in-person collaboration and strengthen office culture.

DoorDash for Business General Manager, Katie Egan, said, “There’s something about a great meal that gets people off their screens and actually talking to each other. As companies double down on bringing people back together, food has become one of the most powerful drivers of connection in the office. We built Meal Manager and catering to make in-person connections happen as often as possible — without making it an admin’s full-time job.”

Meal Manager is built to automate daily or recurring team meals while still giving employees flexibility. The tool creates weekly meal schedules using curated local restaurant options, allowing workers to select their own meals in advance. This approach reduces coordination challenges, missed orders, and delays, while DoorDash manages logistics such as delivery timing, labeling, and on-site support. The goal is to remove the administrative burden from workplace organizers while ensuring consistent, reliable meal experiences for teams. In addition, DoorDash for Business has launched traditional-style catering services for larger meetings and events, currently available in select markets like San Francisco and New York, with plans to expand.
