Sam’s Club Revamps App and Website
Sam’s Club has just completed a refresh of its website and mobile app, rolling the updated interface out to all its members as of the first week of September, according to Greg Pulsifer, SVP of e-commerce. A key new feature is a “global intent center” that appears at the start of shopping, allowing customers to choose their fulfillment method right away—pickup, curbside, or ship-to-home.
