JetBlue Premier Card Adds Major New Perks Without Raising Annual Fee
JetBlue Airways and Barclays are rolling out a substantial upgrade to the JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard®, introducing a new set of travel, lifestyle, and rewards benefits while keeping the $499 annual fee unchanged. The updates, launching this spring, are designed to deliver more everyday value and help cardmembers reach elite Mosaic status faster. Among the most notable additions is a companion pass benefit, allowing cardholders to earn statement credits of up to $500 after $15,000 in annual spend, and up to $1,500 after $75,000. Cardmembers will also receive a 25-tile annual bonus, giving them a significant head start toward Mosaic 1 status. Travel perks expand further with up to $300 in annual statement credits, along with a 15% points rebate on award flight redemptions.
JetBlue VP of Loyalty and Personalization, Ed Pouthier, said, “As we continue to engage with our cardmembers, JetBlue is focused on evolving our co-branded credit card benefits in ways that are both meaningful and relevant to how they travel and spend their time. These Premier Card enhancements, from companion passes to new lifestyle partnerships to more generous travel rewards, build on our commitment to listen to customers and give them even more value with their card during travel and in everyday life.”
The new benefits build on an already robust set of features, including lounge access, free checked bags, and anniversary points. Cardholders can also access JetBlue’s BlueHouse lounges, with locations now open at JFK and expanding to Boston Logan this summer. Overall, the updated Premier Card emphasizes flexibility, faster rewards, and broader lifestyle appeal, reinforcing JetBlue’s strategy to deliver premium experiences both in the air and beyond.

McDonald’s is rolling out a major expansion of its value offerings beginning April 21, introducing more affordable and flexible meal options nationwide. Building on the success of its McValue® platform, the updated menu focuses on giving customers more choice at lower price points. The biggest additions include a new Under $3 Menu and a $4 Breakfast Meal Deal, alongside existing lunch and dinner deals, all designed to meet growing demand for everyday affordability. The new Under $3 Menu will feature at least 10 items available throughout the day, allowing customers to mix and match across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. McDonald’s also plans to spotlight select items at even lower promotional prices throughout the year, adding an extra layer of savings. In addition, McDonald’s is introducing a $4 breakfast bundle that includes a sandwich, hash browns, and coffee.
