The American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ) announced bringing back Miracle Treat Day® on July 25 to help raise essential funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. During this special one-day event, customers can contribute to the cause by visiting their local DQ® restaurants and purchasing a Blizzard Treat. Dairy Queen is partnering with renowned entrepreneur, gymnast, and mother Shawn Johnson East for the occasion.

“I’m excited to team up with DQ again this year to show my support for Miracle Treat Day and rally fans to join me in doing good by enjoying a Blizzard Treat,” said East. “The simple act of buying a delicious Blizzard Treat on Miracle Treat Day helps raise funds and offers support as well as hope to children nationwide.”

East will be at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital in Vanderbilt, where she will be joined by Jesse, a Children’s Miracle Network Champion. The pair will raise awareness about the special fundraising day, during which patrons can purchase their favorite Blizzard Treat at participating U.S. DQ locations. At least $1 or more from each sale will be contributed to local children’s hospitals from the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals network. To date, the DQ partnership has raised more than $180 million for children’s hospitals in the past 40 years.

DQ encourages fans to help promote the campaign through July 25 by sharing their experiences on social media using the hashtag #MiracleTreatDay. People can also share Miracle Treat Day posts from DQ’s Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok channels.
