LEXINGTON, Mass.—Cartera     Commerce, the leading provider of multi-channel merchant     networks and performance advertising solutions, today announced a     strategic partnership with Groupon (www.groupon.com),      the shopping website that offers daily deals on the best local goods,      services and cultural events in more than 500 markets around the world.

Groupon deals will now be integrated throughout Cartera’s performance     advertising network, providing exclusive benefits to Cartera clients and     their customers. By combining Groupon’s breadth and depth of daily deals     with Cartera’s network of private-label shopping and rewards programs,      more than 150 million consumers can earn points, miles and cash back on     their Groupon purchases.
