Caesars Entertainment has launched the Caesars Rewards Shop, a new in-app feature within the Caesars Palace Online Casino that gives members expanded ways to use their loyalty credits. Traditionally, players could redeem Caesars Rewards® Credits for things like Casino Bonus Cash, but with the new shop they can now also use those credits for Bonus Spins on eligible online slot games for the first time.
The new Caesars Rewards Shop is live and accessible through the Rewards Center of the Caesars Palace Online Casino app for players located in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. While the Caesars Palace Online Casino is also available in Ontario, the Rewards Shop currently operates only within the U.S. jurisdictions where Caesars’ online casino platform is regulated and live.
Eligible players must be 21 or older and can access the feature via iOS, Android, or desktop platforms.
Caesars emphasized that the Reward Credits themselves remain a consistent currency across its properties, maintaining the same value whether redeemed for online casino uses like bonus spins or for traditional rewards such as hotel stays, dining, and entertainment at Caesars destinations. This reflects the company’s overall strategy to better integrate loyalty benefits across its digital and physical gaming offerings.
