The holiday season is upon us and philanthropic loose tea company The Tea Spot wants to give back to its customers. As a result, it will give back 10% to its customers and 10% back for wellness throughout the holiday season.
According to a company press release, customers receive 10% back for every dollar spent at The Tea Spot now through the holidays. Customers earn loyalty points each time they make a purchase while signed into their accounts. Those points can be converted into Tea Spot Gift Cards at a 10% rate by simply emailing the gift cards to yourself or a friend.
The Boulder, Colorado-based company has an ongoing 10% Pledge to make in-kind donations to cancer and community wellness programs. The Tea Spot’s mission of fostering health and wellness through loose leaf tea is embodied in this 10% Pledge of loose leaf tea and Steepware product donations.
Jessica Kochik, The Tea Spot’s Chief Marketing Officer, said in the release that the 10% Pledge for cancer wellness is a “cornerstone” of the company’s vision.
“It was absolutely amazing to be able to give our largest donations to date this year, which was largely due to the growth and support of our very loyal customer base,” Kochik said. “It’s for this reason that we’re thrilled to ramp up our Loyalty Program this holiday season to also give 10% back to our customers, who collectively make our 10% Pledge donations possible. Customers can even choose to gift their loyalty rewards Gift Cards to their friends or family, continuing this circle of giving.”
