Pandora Customer ExperienceSometimes, revamping a brand’s customer experience takes on the task of store redesign.

That is what PANDORA Jewelry recently launched.

The company celebrated the re-opening of four of the brand’s owned and operated stores in the Northeast after a redesign of the store layout and upgrades to the jewelry fixtures. The brand has been working to improve the customer’s shopping experience and in February rolled out new looks for the PANDORA concept stores in four locations: Bridgewater Commons in Bridgewater, N.J.; Walden Galleria in Buffalo, N.Y.; Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pa.; and Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, N.H.

Each store’s redesign includes new evolution jewelry fixtures and a more spacious environment to improve personal interaction with the consumer. These four stores began their transformation early this year and re-opened in February, and held grand re-opening events last week at all locations. The re-openings came at the perfect time following the national launch of the Spring Collection from PANDORA, which hit stores three weeks ago.

For the grand re-opening celebration, PANDORA offered gifts and activities for guests. The stores featured a life-size jewelry tower where guests who spent $150 or more were able to pull drawers from the tower to receive a beautiful piece of PANDORA Jewelry. Prizes in the jewelry tower included best-selling rings, earrings, charms, and bracelets. Each location also featured a photo booth, refreshments, and the chance to enter a drawing for a $250 shopping spree at PANDORA.

“We have been working to improve the customer’s retail experience in the stores as part of our 2015 sales initiative and are really excited to Pandora Customer Experiencesee the re-design come to fruition with these four locations," said Darren Chen, Chief Sales Officer, PANDORA Jewelry LLC. “With the new store layout, customers have a more spacious and comfortable environment to browse the jewelry and interact with the store associates, making for a more enjoyable shopping experience.”

The four re-designs set a precedent for the rest of the PANDORA concept stores around the country.
