Memphis Grizzlies Customer RelationshipWhen some officials for the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies noticed that some time management concerns were beginning to interfere with customer engagement, they took a big step to move the organization in the right direction.

The Grizzlies this week announced a new strategic digital and database partnership with Green Beacon Solutions, a leading designer of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) for clients across the financial and entertainment sectors.

The deal with Green Beacon Solutions integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online directly with the Grizzlies’ existing TicketMaster ticketing system to facilitate an array of operations across the entire organization. What’s more, by providing quick and easy access to all client contact, activity, and purchase information, Green Beacon’s Sports CRM platform will also allow sales executives to concentrate more on building the professional networks that are an essential ingredient for success in the sports industry.
