Sandals and Beaches Resorts is introducing the Island Insiders Club, the next evolution of its loyalty program designed to deepen guest connections to the Caribbean and the brands they love. Launching July 1, the new program replaces the longtime Sandals Select Rewards program while preserving all existing member statuses and benefits. Developed with extensive guest feedback, Island Insiders Club expands beyond traditional points and rewards to deliver more personalized recognition, exclusive access, and immersive experiences both on and off resort. 

The revamped program features seven loyalty tiers, ranging from Shell to Ambassador, and allows guests to join before their first stay and begin earning status after their initial visit. New benefits include a flexible Insider Reward credit, access to an exclusive online merchandise shop, a dedicated room upgrade hotline, VIP concierge support for top-tier members, and expanded Insider-only events focused on special interests such as diving, culinary experiences, and autism inclusion. Members will also continue to enjoy popular perks, including discounts, loyalty lounge savings, and complimentary vacation photos.
