Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announced today the appointment of Harry Hynekamp to the newly created position of general manager, customer experience, effective May 1. Reporting to Steve Cannon, president and CEO, Hynekamp will be responsible for developing, directing and executing customer experience initiatives across all areas of the business, including the dealer network.
