Culver’s Enhances Customer Engagement With Fresh 2026 Menu That Blends Innovation and Midwest Comfort
Culver’s is heading into 2026 with a menu strategy designed to balance bold new flavors with the comforting classics guests know and love. Responding to growing consumer interest in new food trends, the brand plans to introduce a series of inventive offerings while staying rooted in its Midwest identity. The approach blends culinary experimentation, extensive guest feedback, and the signature hospitality that defines the Culver’s experience.
Culver’s Head of Culinary, Kasey McDonald, said, “Our goal for 2026 is to deliver flavors that spark curiosity and keep guests coming back. I’m very excited to push the boundaries and try new things while staying true to the core Midwest items that define Culver’s.”
Highlights for the year include four new pub burgers featuring creative sauces and protein pairings, seasonal pumpkin-inspired desserts debuting in fall, and two new Flavors of the Day developed through in-depth research. Culver’s will also roll out a refreshed take on a classic menu item inspired by traditional Wisconsin supper clubs. These innovations build on successful 2025 launches, such as the revamped chicken sandwich lineup and Jalapeño Cheese Curds, which demonstrated strong guest enthusiasm for bolder, more adventurous flavors. Alongside menu innovation, Culver’s is enhancing its Delicious Rewards loyalty program to deliver a more personalized guest experience. New features will allow guests to save preferences, receive notifications for favorite flavors, and share rewards points with friends and family.

American Eagle Launches Nationwide Creator Ambassador Program
American Eagle is rolling out a new nationwide ambassador initiative designed to deepen long-term relationships with content creators, moving beyond one-off influencer campaigns. The new AE Creator Community streamlines how creators collaborate with the brand and rewards consistent engagement.
Eligible U.S. creators age 18 and older with at least 1,000 followers on one social platform can apply, earning points by completing weekly and monthly challenges such as posting styling videos or brand features. Accrued points can be redeemed for products, gift cards, commissions, and other perks. AE says that the more a creator creates, the more they can earn.
The program builds on American Eagle’s earlier Live Your Life affiliate community. While recent high-profile campaigns featuring celebrities like Travis Kelce, Martha Stewart, and Sydney Sweeney have driven attention and sales, AE Creator Community is built for scale. It embraces microinfluencers with smaller but highly engaged audiences, rewarding creativity and participation. American Eagle’s move mirrors a broader retail shift as brands invest more heavily in creator-led marketing to reach Gen Z and Gen Alpha shoppers. Competitors like Macy’s and Sephora have recently debuted or expanded similar creator and affiliate programs.
