Fleet Feet, the largest franchisor of locally owned and operated running stores, announced that it has agreed to acquire JackRabbit, the second-largest running specialty retailer in the U.S., from affiliates of CriticalPoint Capital. The transaction is expected to close in early December 2021 and includes all JackRabbit locations across 15 states and its jackrabbit.com e-commerce business.
