Royal Caribbean Group has partnered with Bank of America to introduce the cruise industry’s first tri-branded credit cards, allowing travelers to earn and redeem rewards across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea. The new Royal ONE™ and Royal ONE Plus™ Visa Signature® cards are designed to simplify loyalty benefits and give customers more flexibility to redeem rewards across multiple vacation experiences.
Royal Caribbean Group Chairman and CEO Jason Liberty said, “Royal ONE and Royal ONE Plus strengthen how we recognize and reward our loyal guests across our leading vacation brands. These new cards bring together the ways our guests vacation across Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea – making it easier to earn and use rewards, so every trip delivers greater value and more meaningful experiences.”
Bank of America Head of Consumer Card Products Lora Monfared added, “We’re pleased to expand our long-standing partnership with Royal Caribbean Group, a leader in global vacation experiences. Offering both a no-fee card and an enhanced rewards card gives travelers more ways to maximize spending and earn bigger rewards.”
The Royal ONE card, which has no annual fee, offers accelerated rewards on cruise purchases and everyday spending, along with travel perks such as priority boarding, a $100 anniversary reward, and no foreign transaction fees. The Royal ONE Plus card, aimed at frequent travelers, includes enhanced earning rates, expanded bonus categories, and premium benefits like priority suite boarding, luggage handling, TSA PreCheck or Global Entry credits, and a higher annual reward, all for a $99 annual fee.
These cards are part of Royal Caribbean Group’s broader strategy to modernize its loyalty ecosystem. Through the Royal ONE program, customers can redeem points for cruise discounts or onboard experiences, including dining, excursions, and Wi-Fi. The initiative reflects the company’s ongoing effort to create a more connected and flexible rewards system across its growing portfolio of global travel offerings.
