Dunkin’ Brands has recently announced that its On-the-Go Mobile Ordering will be available for use through Alexa, Amazon’s cloud-based voice service. The integration will allow the company’s loyalty members to place mobile orders on an Alexa-enabled device, with payment options being offered directly through the application.
Guests who have a DD Perks account and an Amazon account can link them together in the Alexa app, with all ordering and payments happening within Dunkin’ Donuts’ mobile platform....
