British Brands Best for Customer Experience

Nunwood’s 2013 Customer Excellence Experience report examined the customer experience provided by 260 well-known brands, and 76 of the top 100 ranked companies were British. John Lewis overtook Amazon to take the top spot, while Starbucks and The Co-operative Bank saw a drop in their rankings. Butlins rose to 14th place after investing £38 million in a new hotel complex and water park, and budget supermarkets Aldi and Lidl also shot up the leaderboard.
