StubHub has introduced a new integration that allows users to discover and browse live events directly within Claude, the AI assistant developed by Anthropic. This feature connects users to StubHub’s global inventory, offering real-time ticket pricing and seat-level availability inside a conversational interface. The move builds on the company’s earlier integration with ChatGPT, expanding its presence across leading AI platforms.

The integration reflects a broader shift in how consumers search for live events, with more users relying on natural conversation rather than traditional filters or search menus. StubHub’s leadership emphasized that the goal is to meet fans wherever they are, making event discovery more seamless and intuitive. By embedding its marketplace directly into AI assistants, the company aims to position itself as the go-to destination for live event discovery in this emerging landscape.

Inside Claude, users can interact with StubHub’s catalog through simple prompts, such as asking about concerts in a specific city or refining results by events, price, or date. The system dynamically updates results as the conversation evolves, allowing users to narrow their options without restarting their search. Once users find the tickets they want, they are directed to StubHub’s platform to complete the purchase.

Beyond basic search, the integration provides access to detailed marketplace data, including seat maps, pricing trends, and tailored recommendations. Each purchase remains protected under StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee. This rollout represents another step in the company’s multi-platform AI strategy, focused on embedding live event discovery into everyday digital conversations rather than relying solely on traditional web experiences.
