Loyyal Launches AI and Blockchain Powered Digital Gift Card Platform

Loyyal has launched GiftOS Point, a new AI-powered and blockchain-secured digital gift card platform designed to help retailers, malls, direct-to-consumer brands, enterprises, and ecommerce businesses modernize their gift card programs. The platform supports digital, physical, and “phygital” gift cards while offering multilingual, multi-currency, and global distribution capabilities.

The platform uses blockchain infrastructure to deliver secure transaction records, real-time traceability, fraud prevention, and interoperable ecosystem capabilities, while embedded AI helps businesses optimize campaign performance, monitor fraud, analyze breakage, personalize gifting recommendations, and manage the full lifecycle of gift card programs.

“With GiftOS Point, we are transforming gift cards from static prepaid instruments into intelligent, programmable digital assets,” Loyyal CEO Ashish Kumar Singh said. He added that companies increasingly need scalable commerce and customer engagement platforms capable of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and global digital distribution.

Benji Gets $6.25 Million in New Funding to Expand Loyalty Partnerships Infrastructure

Benji has secured $6.25 million in seed funding as demand continues to grow for faster and more scalable loyalty partnerships. Benji, which works with major brands like JetBlue, and 1-800-Flowers and represents a combined membership base of more than 50 million consumers, plans to use the investment to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams while continuing to grow its loyalty integration network.

As loyalty programs evolve into interconnected ecosystems spanning travel, retail, hospitality, and financial services, the technical complexity behind these partnerships has become a major challenge for brands. Benji is positioning itself as infrastructure designed to simplify that process by allowing brands to connect loyalty programs through a single API, enabling capabilities such as points earning, redemption, and transfers across partner networks while dramatically reducing the time needed to launch new partnerships.

“We kept hearing the same thing from loyalty teams: everybody wants partnerships, but almost nobody has enterprise-grade infrastructure to launch them quickly,” said Nick Anastasiades, co-founder and CEO of Benji. “The industry still runs on a huge amount of custom work behind the scenes. We built Benji to remove that friction so companies can spend less time stitching systems together and more time building programs customers actually want to use.”

National Business Aviation Association Launches New Rewards Program

National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has introduced NBAA Member Rewards, a new member benefit program designed to help business aviation operators lower operational costs while increasing the overall value of association membership. The initiative provides eligible operating members with access to savings on maintenance, repair, and aircraft upgrade services through partnerships with well-known aviation service providers.

The program, which is currently available to Member Representatives at NBAA Operating Member companies, includes digital savings vouchers from aviation companies such as Textron Aviation, Signature TechnicAir, and Clay Lacy Aviation. Voucher values currently range from $500 to $2,000 and can be used for essential aviation services throughout the year.

“This exciting new program creates value for members on multiple levels,” said NBAA Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Broom. “Operating members can significantly reduce the cost of services they already need, while participating providers gain valuable opportunities to showcase their trusted expertise and capabilities to NBAA members.”
