Mylow joins Lowe’s team of 300,000 dedicated associates, expanding the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Developed in partnership with OpenAI and Lowe’s team of experts, Mylow can assist customers with numerous home improvement inquiries, from DIY advice to product recommendations.

Lowe’s customers can ask Mylow questions about home improvement and receive real-time, expert advice right from their smartphones. Whether seeking project guidance, finding top-rated products, or getting step-by-step how-to instructions, Mylow is ready to provide answers on demand for questions like “When should I plant my grass seed?”, “How can I get my faucet to stop leaking?”, and “Which top-rated refrigerators can be delivered and installed tomorrow?”
Mylow also connects project insights to relevant product recommendations. Customers can refine suggestions based on factors like project budget and location, ensuring personalized advice. Additionally, Mylow offers easy-to-understand, step-by-step content that can be helpful for any DIYer, regardless of their experience level.
