The Priority Pass Global Airport Lounge award is currently in its eleventh year, and it recognizes the customer engagement excellence and an overall investment in customer experience by those lounges that exist with in the Priority Pass network.

Priority Pass is a well-known product of the Collinson Group, a global customer engagement solutions agency. For over 20 years, Priority Pass has given loyal travelers airport lounge access regardless of their class of travel or particular airline.

Indeed. This is certainly not the first time this organization has been honored for its high quality services. As the winner of the regional European Award in 2014, 2009, 2008 and 2005, the EuroAirport Skyview Lounge has also already won the Global Award back in 2012.
