Today’s loyalty providers are saying peace to plastic, and embracing the welcoming glow of mobile.
Electronic Commerce International (ECI) this week released the Perka Loyalty Solution as a component of their merchant services and product line. Perka is a loyalty platform for mobile users and the digital successor to other dated, card-based solutions. The technology is available to consumers either via mobile app or SMS.
What makes Perka so unique isn’t merely its ability to foster rewarding digital experiences for customers, but to give small to medium-sized businesses power to go toe-to-toe with larger corporations for a fraction of the cost.
“No one wants to carry around a pile of loyalty cards anymore,” Jim Anderson, CEO of ECI, said, “which is why Perka is all the more valuable for businesses and customers alike.”
The Perka app will not only give customers access to better incentives, but will identify the program’s more invaluable customers, in order to build a tiered system of greater reward offerings.
