ALL Accor and Uber have announced a new multi-market loyalty partnership designed to connect hospitality, transportation, and food delivery into a more seamless customer experience.
The collaboration links the ALL Accor ecosystem with Uber and Uber Eats, allowing travelers and everyday users to access rewards and benefits across both platforms. The rollout is scheduled to begin during the second half of the year in markets including France, Germany, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco.

The partnership will allow members to link their accounts and earn ALL Accor reward points through Uber rides and Uber Eats orders. Annual Uber One members will receive upgraded ALL Accor status benefits, while eligible ALL Accor members will gain access to extended Uber One trial memberships.
Travelers will be able to use Uber for airport pickups, rides between destinations, and food delivery throughout their hotel stays, creating a more connected experience from arrival to departure.
Accor members can redeem earned points across the company’s global hotel portfolio, dining experiences, and partner network, further expanding the flexibility and value of the loyalty program.
