During their presentation at Loyalty Expo, Caitlin Hoffman, Director of AI Success at Braze, and Ashley Travis, Head of Growth Marketing at Pizza Hut, discussed how the two companies worked together to transform the restaurant chain’s cross-funnel loyalty efforts.
Hoffman said that AI is already changing how marketers must approach their jobs. “We're living in a landscape in which it no longer makes sense anymore to just send out your standard emails,” Hoffman said. “You have to be thinking about how you’re really going to personalize that and make sure that you’re hitting your customers at the right time, with the right offer, with the right language that’s going to work for them.”
