Online behemoth Amazon, which continually seeks advantages in the competitive marketplace, has taken one more significant step in upping the ante for customer experience.
Amazon.com announced this week it expanded Same-Day Delivery with new “Get It Today” capabilities for customers in Baltimore, Dallas, Indianapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. metro areas, with more than a million eligible items now available for same-day delivery.
