Comcast’s Xfinity has launched a new loyalty program called Xfinity Membership, designed to bring together and expand the benefits previously offered through the Xfinity Rewards program. This upgraded experience is available to all eligible Xfinity rewards members automatically, with no extra cost or enrollment required.

Membership status and tier are determined by the number of Xfinity services a customer has and how long they’ve been with the company. As part of this transition, the older Xfinity Rewards program is being retired and customers will be moved into the new membership tiers, with many seeing immediate upgrades and access to enhanced benefits.

Xfinity Membership aims to deliver a mix of weekly perks, meaningful discounts, and unique experiences through a streamlined interface accessible via the Xfinity app. Members can browse and redeem offers on everything from entertainment and lifestyle discounts to exclusive opportunities that leverage the broader Comcast NBCUniversal portfolio.

To kick off the program, Xfinity is offering premium experiences tied to high-profile events, including exclusive access to the Bay Area Host Committee’s BAHC Live! concert series in San Francisco featuring artists such as Benson Boone, Martin Garrix, and Chris Stapleton in the lead-up to The Big Game.
