USAA and the NFL recently announced a long-term extension of their Salute to Service partnership, continuing a relationship that spans over 14 NFL seasons. The renewed collaboration reinforces their shared mission to honor and support military members, veterans, and their families. As an Official Salute to Service Partner of the NFL, USAA is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for the military community, demonstrating national appreciation through high-profile NFL events and initiatives.

NFL Senior VP of Social Responsibility, Anna Isaacson, said, “We are deeply grateful for USAA’s commitment to recognizing the efforts made by members of the NFL family to honor the military community through the Salute to Service Award and other military engagements. It’s important our partners align with the values of the NFL, and we look forward to the continued impact we can make together.”

NFL SVP of Global Sponsorship, Tracie Rodburg, added, “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with USAA, a storied and long-standing partner of the NFL and our Salute to Service military engagement initiative. Football is a unifier, and as we continue to expand worldwide, USAA is the perfect partner to honor our military globally and to elevate our key cause initiatives season after season.”

USAA President and CEO Juan C. Andrade emphasized the importance of the partnership, highlighting how the efforts go beyond ceremonial recognition to provide impactful, emotional experiences for service members.

Several key features of the partnership will continue into the extended agreement, with new elements launching in 2026. These include USAA’s continued presence at major NFL events like the Super Bowl, Draft, and Kickoff, as well as its role as presenting sponsor of the Salute to Service Award, which provides $25,000 in support and is matched by the NFL Foundation to the military charity of choice by the recipient. USAA will also increase charitable contributions linked to the award, provide immersive experiences for overseas troops, and produce a one-hour broadcast highlighting Salute to Service programs across the league and its 32 teams.

To further engage fans, USAA is offering them a chance to win a trip to Super Bowl LX in the San Francisco Bay Area.
