Seaboard Hotels Unveils Loyalty Program

This week, Seaboard Hotels, the Delaware and Outer Banks North Carolina based resort brand, unveiled its new loyalty platform.

Seaboard Rewards has officially launched and will allow guests within Seaboard’s resorts to accumulate points towards rewards. After a guest stays at a Seaboard Hotel, they will automatically be enrolled and start earning points.

Concurrently, these points will allow guests to save money on bookings and experiences when staying at the resorts as well. Within the program, points are valid for usage up to two years after they have been accumulated.

The point structure is as follows:
Earn 25,000 points in one year and get 10% off every future stay,
Earn 35,000 points in one year and get 15% off every future stay,
Earn 50,000 points in one year and get 20% off every future stay.
 
Guests can redeem points for free room nights, room upgrades, and can combine points to pay for a stay.
 
Alex Moore, President and CEO at Seaboard Hotels, discussed the program further.
 
“We are excited to offer a program designed to show our gratitude for the multitude of repeat guests that choose our hotels,” Moore continued. “We always work to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests, so to celebrate our 40th anniversary we are giving back to the folks who have driven our success.”
 
The family-owned chain understands the importance of giving back to the guests who helped build the resort brand into what it is today.
 
Elaborating on this further, Patrick Staib, Vice President of Hotel Operations, discussed how the program is a great way for the chain to thank customers for their loyalty in the past.
