Oracle announced a new partnership with Shopify to transform how businesses connect with customers. The collaboration integrates Oracle’s Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP) with Shopify’s commerce platform to harness customer data for real-time personalized shopping experiences and targeted campaigns. Through streamlined data management and AI-powered recommendations, customers will receive special offers and recommendations that match their interests. Businesses will have access to top customer experience, supply chain, and finance capabilities and solutions to streamline their business operations and enhance automation and efficiency.
 
“With this collaboration, Shopify and Oracle can help retailers modernize their business operations with robust commerce solutions,” said Bobby Morrison, Chief Revenue Officer at Shopify. “Together, we are demonstrating to our joint customers how we can enhance the commerce experience while reducing operating costs for businesses.”
 
Through the partnership, businesses can combine Shopify’s reach with Oracle’s data-driven applications to activate new sales channels, expand inventory visibility, re-engage dormant customers, and elevate their online presence. Increased NOI the Focus of CasaPerks’ CasaCash Loyalty Platform
 
Resident activation platform CasaPerks Technologies, Inc., rolled out an ancillary revenue program called CasaCash. The program allows property owners and their managers to offer a loyalty program for renters. The platform is billed as “Simply Rewarding” and enables property operators to skip managing a pricey on-site credit card program where, in some cases, nearly 30% in interest is charged.

Shopify merchants now have a new tool to enhance personalization in customer interactions, make product recommendations, boost satisfaction, and drive sales. The integration of Sendbird’s AI chatbot, powered by OpenAI’s latest large language model, is now available in the Shopify App Store, allowing 4.6 million merchants to leverage advanced AI for improved web chat experiences. Sendbird’s code-free AI chatbot connects to merchant store data through Shopify’s Application Programming Interface (API), seamlessly incorporating it into its knowledge base to provide more accurate and personalized answers to queries. Shopify merchants can also customize and test the chatbot before going live in their stores.

The chatbot’s integration with Shopify store data includes access to business information, product listings, shipping options, delivery times, store hours, return policies, contact details, and payment methods. This allows the chatbot to handle most customer inquiries and provide personalized product suggestions, enhancing sales conversion and fostering brand loyalty over the long term. If a customer prefers to interact with a human rather than a bot, the bot can connect them with a live person to facilitate their query.
