North Highland Announces New Customer Experience Executive
Management consulting firm North Highland has announced that Kelly Slothower has joined the firm as an Associate Vice President to help grow the firm's customer experience practice. In her role, Slothower will focus on helping clients achieve customer-centered growth objectives and build CX-optimized organizations.

Birdylabs Closes Its First Round of Funding from Rising Sun
Early-stage fintech company Birdylabs has closed its first round of investment, with $3 million dollars committed by the Rising Sun investment company. The founders plan to use capital raised to finance international development and the evolution of its intelligent savings coach, as they plan to integrate into the services of online banks.
